*Student, trainee, resident, research assistant (RA) or postdoctoral researchers are eligible, and must provide a verification of your status during the registration process. Valid verification includes a copy of a current student ID that clearly indicates student status or a letter on institution letterhead from your direct supervisor.
Cancellation Policy: Meeting registration fees will be refunded (less a 25% processing fee) if the Conference Organizer receives written notice to Rachel Sava and team at itp@mclean.harvard.edu by November 10, 2026. Any cancellations received after November 10th, 2026 are not eligible for a refund. However, registrations may be transferred within the same organization.
Payment Information:
Payment must be made in full in order to confirm the registration. Attendees can pay via credit card-VISA, Mastercard, and AMEX are accepted. If an invoice is needed to pay via check or wire transfer, please complete the online registration procees and in the payment step, select "Request an Invoice." Please note that registration will not be complete until check or wire has been received.
